Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position Details MS/Tele Unit- 3x12s only! NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (no candidates within 50-mile radius) MUST pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in Simplify Library) Surgical experience required Telemetry experience required Must be proficient with lab draws BLS, NIHSS required 36-Hr GTE , 12-Hr NIGHTS, 7p-7a, required to work every other weekend/major holiday No Blocked Scheduling Guaranteed EXCEPT Weekend Blocked (Fri/Sat/Sun) ITO interviews Unit Specific Details 24-Bed surgical unit with a mix of med/tele when beds available, bedside shift report is required, surgeon orders are very specific e.g. I&O required Patient Population: surgical tele, with mix of med tele when beds open; will see urology, renal, amputations, podiatry, and general surgery, no bariatric Dines/Drips/Specific Devices/Oxygen: non-critical drips, no high flow O2 Support Staff: tele tech on unit, patient care techs on unit Scrubs: navy blue, white, or any combination of the two colors Ratio: 1:5-6Staffing ratios are subject to change based on facility needs and are not guaranteed .
