Overview Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is pleased to announce Zone 2 of our annual DevCon Career Readiness and Professional Development Conference. DevCon strategically expands TMCF's ability to identify, cultivate, and advance high-potential HBCU talent. Anchored in an Early Talent (freshman and sophomore) model, DevCon operates as a leadership incubator designed to equip students with foundational business acumen and professional competencies through leadership development, career readiness workshops, and targeted technology upskilling-while simultaneously delivering a high-quality, employer-ready talent pipeline for corporate partners committed to strengthening their early talent strategy. DevCon's regional approach provides TMCF an opportunity to deepen institutional partnerships through cooperative regional marketing efforts aimed at growing enrollments and student outcomes. DevCon 2026 for Zone 2 schools will take place in Houston, TX, July 8 - 12, 2026.
