What You'll Be Doing Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide. Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth. Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication. Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems. Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
