Now Hiring: PRN Physical Therapist Location: Valley Vista for Nursing and Rehabilitation - Newton, IA Valley Vista for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Newton, Iowa, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team on a PRN (as needed) basis. We are committed to providing high-quality care and helping our residents maximize their independence and quality of life. Position Summary: The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, restore function, and reduce pain. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care rooted in compassion and clinical excellence. Rate: Up to $70/hourResponsibilities: Evaluate residents to determine functional status and rehabilitation potential. Develop and implement treatment plans focused on therapeutic goals. Provide direct therapy services in accordance with PT scope of practice. Document treatments and progress in compliance with regulations and facility standards. Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to ensure coordinated care delivery. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Iowa PT license in good standing.
