Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental health care, allowing patients to have access to both psychiatry and therapy in one place. We are a team of 3 psychiatrists, 5 therapists and are looking for another psychiatrist to meet our growing demand. For more information about our practice, please visit our website Role Description This is a mostly remote contract role for a Psychiatrist - Outpatient (MD/DO). The most common conditions that we see in our practice are mood disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, among others. This position is primarily remote with visits conducted via telehealth, with one day per week of in-person care required if you are located in Orlando or Tampa. The role offers flexibility to set your own schedule and competitive compensation is structured as a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. We also have excellent admin staff who will handle billing, prior authorizations, labs, orders so that you may focus on clinical care. The compensation is $200/hour, compensation for no-shows, and estimated annual compensation ranges from $192,000 (part-time) to $384,000 (full-time). Qualifications Board certification or board eligible in Psychiatry Strong background in outpatient psychiatric treatment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting M.D. or D.O. degree with valid medical license Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus Commitment to patient-centered and holistic care
