You will work closely with their existing leadership to get familiar with the business and then develop strategic initiatives that help the company move into new markets and continue their impressive growth trajectory. This role has advancement potential to oversee multiple businesses in the Texas market as the firm reaches their next stage of growth and play a role in building a $1B+ national MEP group.
