Physical Therapist Assistant

Haven Home Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team and provide high-quality home health services throughout parts of Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach. Position Overview The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for a clinician with home health experience or a strong orthopedic background who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical growth. Requirements Valid Florida PTA license 1-2 years of experience in home health and/or strong orthopedic background Home health experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky EMR preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility programs Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention Accurately and timely complete all documentation using Kinnser/WellSky EMR Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines, agency policies, and state regulations Communicate effectively with physicians, care team members, and office staff Manage a full-time caseload within the assigned territory Participate in team meetings, in-services, and ongoing education as required What We Offer Generous salary based on experience Mileage reimbursement PTO and paid sick time - immediate use available Major medical and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Room to grow professionally within a growing organization Why Haven Home Health?
