New Opportunity with an expanding Hospitalist team just outside of Charlotte, NC. Seeking experienced midlevel provider for our Hospitalist team to deliver inpatient services. A very close knit group of medical professionals practicing a high quality of medicine. Seeking a nocturnist to work (3) 7p to 7a shifts a week giving yourself a great balance of peace and professional growth. ??? Base Salary of $90,000 - $100,500 based on 144 shifts per year. ??? 12 days of PTO per year that can be sold back to the organization if unused. ??? Pay-for-Performance Bonus opportunity of up to 15% in accordance with the facility???s Hospitalist P4P plan. ??? Productivity bonus opportunity for exceeding wRVU goals in accordance with standards. ??? Up to $1,250 reimbursement for CME and other professional expenses per fiscal year. ???
