Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst Join Teledyne HiRel, a leader in high-reliability electronics for defense applications. As our Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue tracking and timely cash flowkey to supporting our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions for the most demanding environments. What You'll Do Process and issue accurate customer invoices; resolve payment discrepancies. Monitor outstanding invoices and manage collections for past-due accounts. Forecast weekly cash receipts to support financial planning. Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions. Maintain accounting ledgers and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor credit limits. Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations. Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested. What You Need Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 510 years of experience in Accounts Receivable required. Knowledge of government contract accounting and FAR clauses preferred. Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards preferred. What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package.
