We have a full-service facility, and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success!ResponsibilitiesAs a Midas general service technician, you’ll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance services, including:Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid exchanges/flushes and oil changes.Visual safety and courtesy inspectionsMounting, balancing, rotating tires and performing alignments.Replacing batteriesChanging bulbs, belts and hosesReplacing brakes and rotorsSuspension workMaintaining and cleaning shop areasWillingness to learn and grow as a technician.Other shop maintenance items as needed.QualificationsEntry level technicians must have prior knowledge of automotive basicsKnowledge of shop equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s licenseQualities that make you stand out from the rest:· Team player· Hard worker· Willing to help with other responsibilities· Completes thorough courtesy checks in a timely manner· Aspires to grow.· Dedicated· Quality controls vehicles
