CNC Swiss Operator

CNC Swiss Operator The Star/Citizen Swiss Operator is responsible for all inspection, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and proper usage of the Star/Citizen Swiss machine. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operates Citizen or Star Swiss machine • Interchanges cutting tools within the Star Swiss machine • Monitors and maintains fluid levels within Star Swiss machine • Cleans Citizen or Star Swiss machine before and after use as needed • Maintains a clean and safe workstation • Loads bar feeder continuously over the course of their shift • Produces part to DCP • Performs tool changes at set intervals • Performs preventative maintenance and reports higher level machine issues to supervisor as needed • Follows all necessary work instructions and procedures as laid out by company's QMS (ISO) • Reports quality updates to supervisor daily • Follows all established work instructions and standard operating procedures, including the "setup procedure list" • Follows all internal, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations • Performs all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • 1-2 years manufacturing experience with CNC control experience required. CNC Swiss experience preferred but will train if necessary. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common internal data reports, Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively present information to management and employees. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc. • Ability to apply concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals and percentages to practical situations. • Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, Microsoft Office in-house ERP system No sponsorship visa (H1-B, etc) candidates at this time, sorry.
