About the Position The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating effort on complex heavy civil construction projects, ensuring the development of accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates. This role serves as a technical and leadership resource within the estimating department and works closely with project management and executive leadership during strategic planning and bid pursuits. The ideal candidate brings deep estimating expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple pursuits while mentoring and developing junior estimators.
