Cost Allocation Consultant

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is looking for a skilled Cost Allocation Consultant to join our team. This position is vital in helping our organization manage and allocate costs effectively to enhance financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement cost allocation methodologies and systems Analyze financial data and identify trends to recommend cost improvements and efficiencies Collaborate with various departments to understand their cost structure and develop allocation strategies Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and methodologies used in cost allocation Provide training and support to team members on cost allocation practices and tools Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting cost allocation Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in cost allocation, financial analysis, or accounting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficient in financial software and Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Salary: Competitive, based on experience
