Job Description Product / Sr. Product Engineer Bothell, WA 90 - 130k Direct Hire / Onsite Talentry is looking for both a Product Engineer AND a Sr. Project Engineer with Aerospace experience. The (Sr.) Project Engineer is responsible for leading and/or assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in aircraft seat design (LOPA). Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Lead and/or assist in the execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members. (Sr. only) Mentor and provide guidance to junior project engineers, fostering their professional development. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field. Catia, AutoCAD, PLM Proven Aerospace experience 5+ years (Sr. 8+ years) of experience in project engineering or project management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proven ability to lead and/or support cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
