Powder Coater Supervisor

Powder Coater Supervisor SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Powder Coater Supervisor for one of our warehouses in Terrell, TX. The Powder Coater Supervisor is responsible for ensuring material meets client requirements. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19-$21 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Powder Coater Supervisor: Managing, directing day to day production for the Powder Coating team Effective communication between management and operators Inventory checks Measuring mil thickness, color and texture match Identify any special coating, masking, or blueprints Review orders Ensuring Safety and procedures are followed Assist with employee training Preferred Qualifications of the Powder Coater Supervisor: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment Minimum 3 years supervisor or lead role Minimum 3 years working in powder coating Ability to up to lift 75 lbs.
