Hunt's Apprenticeship Program and receive on-the-job training and experience with an industry leader. Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion. Job Details: Drivers will be paid $30per hourduring the training period. The training period is typically six weeks. Following training, drivers will transition to an hourlypay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.
