We enjoy turning people's ideas into reality, and love seeing the smile on homeowner's faces when the job is complete.Our ideal applicant would have years of experience with:Installation of interior trim and built-in cabinetryInstallation of interior doors and pocket doorsInstallation of door and cabinet hardwareMiscellaneous framing, siding, and roofing on a small scaleWindow and exterior door installationSiding and exterior trimIPE decking installationExterior railing constructionBuilding stairsScreening porchesAnalyzing and solving problems on-siteInteracting with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionalsFraming experience and expertise is a PLUSQualifications:At least 3 years experience as a full-time Carpenter in residential remodellingStrong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurementsAbility to read and take action on blueprintsAbility to safely operate hand and power carpentry toolsKnowledge of building regulations and codesAbility to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
