Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Float) {166507} Location: Bloomington Indiana 47401 Pay Rate: $74.87/hour Schedule: Full-time (Average 30–32.5 hours/week); Every other weekend; Possible holiday rotations Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based primary and family care to a panel of patients. The care team partners daily with providers to drive improved health outcomes across the patient population. Responsibilities include accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of acute and chronic health conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning. This role reports directly to the Practice Manager.
