We are Joint Commission accredited We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility based National opportunities with over 300 locations in US Responsibilities Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, minors, juveniles or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting activities and dressing patients Teach family members ways to care for patient Provide care according to the patient's plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping and outdoor activities Provide companionship, 1:1 supervision Requirements A current, valid State CNA certification and in good standing Successful completion of a HHA Course Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Recent Physical Exam for work clearance Level 2 AHCA Background Check Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required (unless participating in an approved Mentor Program) Licensed driver with insured and reliable means of transportation Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be willing to working with bed bound clients and during weekends
