Job Title AI Agent Developer & Prompt Engineer - Amazon Bedrock Specialist Role Summary Seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer with deep expertise in designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents leveraging frameworks such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel. The role also requires advanced prompt engineering capabilities to optimize generative AI outputs and experience in building secure, scalable generative AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock. The ideal candidate has strong Python programming skills, API integration experience, and working knowledge of vector databases and modern LLM architectures like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Development Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and task execution in complex environments. Use LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration layers to create sophisticated multi-step, multi-tool agents. Prompt Engineering Craft, optimize, and maintain high-quality prompt chains, system prompts, and context strategies for AI models to improve output reliability and relevance. Continuously test and iterate prompt engineering approaches based on feedback and evolving use cases. Amazon Bedrock Development Develop generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, integrating models from Anthropic (Claude), Cohere, Stability AI, and Amazon Titan. Utilize Bedrock features such as Guardrails, Knowledge Bases, and model customization to enhance AI safety, compliance, and performance. Additional Responsibilities Integrate AI agents with APIs and backend services, leveraging Python and cloud-native tools. Work with vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone for efficient similarity search and knowledge retrieval. Understand and apply best practices related to LLMs, RAG architecture, and deployment on AWS Cloud. Collaborate across teams, document development processes, and mentor peers on agent capabilities and prompt strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience building autonomous AI agents using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks. Strong prompt engineering skills: prompt creation, chaining, and optimization for large language models. Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock platform, including model integration, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases. Proficient in Python programming, API integrations, and working knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone). Solid understanding of LLM behavior, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts, and deploying AI solutions on AWS. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional AI/ML tools such as OpenAI API, Hugging Face transformers, and reinforcement learning. Familiarity with multi-agent systems, conversational AI, or simulation frameworks. Awareness of ethical, safety, and governance aspects of autonomous AI.
