Packaging Machine Operators - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Temp-Hire

Job Description: As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our products moving safely from the line to our customers. You'll operate and monitor bagging and cartoning machines, perform quality checks, and help keep equipment running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and a commitment to food safety are essential.What We're Looking forStrong math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages).Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Food manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but we'll train the right person.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an 8+ hour shift.Comfortable working in warm environments.Detail-oriented and dependable with good communication skills.Commitment to safety and food quality standards.
