Job Description

Cmms Manager The CMMS Manager oversees the implementation, operation, and optimization of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to ensure efficient maintenance processes. Manage asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and system integrations to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Additionally, they train users, generate reports, and collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance overall productivity and compliance. Additionally performs multiple levels of compliance with OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA's Risk Management Program (RMP). Essential Functions Will interact with operations, maintenance, project teams to accomplish facility objectives and maintenance best practices. Plan and schedule all standard and preventive maintenance work orders, including resulting follow-up work for maintenance mechanics, contractors and licensed trades. Generate daily and weekly schedules for maintenance staff. Manage and promote plant safety by incorporating safety plans, precautions, and hazard recognition into daily planning activities. Provide input and support to the facilities services team. Develop documented maintenance strategies for all building systems and equipment to eliminate failures. Use meaningful measures to improve the planning for the department and efficiency of the craft personnel. Support management by producing reports for labor utilization, budget and cost analysis, equipment history, and life-cycle costing. Work with Contractors to manage annual PM contracts and SMI approval. Ensure the integrity of the data in the CMMS system. Partner with other system specialist for administrative and financial process alignment Support and augment the Operations team by being a CMMS and maintenance process specialist. Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor, mechanics and other Operations staff to ensure continuous operations of building systems. Assist with CMMS/departmental procedures, training, documentation, and system administration activities. Management of Change (MOC) Coordination- Coordination of meetings, tracking documentation of completion, Logging and closing work orders. Required for All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education Associate's degree - Technical Writing or technical/mechanical experience with industrial processes - Required Work Experience 1-3 Years - Industrial Process or Maintenance - Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Microsoft Office Proficient in reading and writing English. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. Organized and effective at time management Must be able to read and write and perform mathematical exercises.
