Talent Acquisition Specialist The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across a multisite healthcare organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruitment pipeline development, salary recommendations for offers, hiring efficiency, and compliance with applicable hiring regulations. The ideal incumbent demonstrates strong recruiting judgment, proactive sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Recruitment & Talent Pipeline - Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume clinical and non-clinical positions - Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates using multiple recruiting channels - Draft, post, and manage job advertisements to attract diverse and qualified talent - Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles - Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organizational hiring needs - Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align expectations, and move candidates efficiently through the recruitment process Hiring Process & Onboarding Support - Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes - Propose offers for new hires and promotions, considering current incumbents, candidates' years of experience, education, etc. - Support employment clearance and onboarding activities including background checks, physicals, and documentation - Track applicants and requisitions accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Provide timely updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle Compliance & Reporting - Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, CMS, DOH, and organizational hiring requirements - Ensure recruitment documentation and requisition records are complete and audit-ready - Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and workforce outreach initiatives - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate and organizational information at all times Collaboration & Customer Service - Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through responsive communication and follow-through - Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal partners to support organizational staffing needs - Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned Schedule: 8:30AM 5:30PM Weekly Hours: 40 Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience - Experience recruiting for healthcare roles, including clinical and/or non-clinical positions - Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and hiring manager needs - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines - High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional judgment - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to travel locally for recruitment events and job fairs as needed Additional Requirements: - Motivated, energetic, excellent organization and communication skills; conscientious attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks; strong commitment to working as a team player. - Demonstrate ability to work in a confidential environment. - Strong writing skills, excellent grammar and proofreading skills, computer skills; PC proficiency with Windows applications; Excellent typing ability with a high degree of accuracy. - Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. - Highly collaborative work style. - Proficient in internet research, multimedia skills, web management tools, and HTML. - Bilingual - Direct experience recruiting licensed clinical roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Therapists, Physicians, etc.) - Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity organizations - Familiarity with CMS/DOH hiring compliance and clearance processes - Experience working with or managing staffing agency partnerships Physical Requirements: Individuals must be able to sustain certain physical requirements essential to the job. This includes, but is not limited to: Standing Duration of up to 6 hours a day. Sitting/Stationary Positions Sedentary position in duration of up to 6-8 hours a day for consecutive hours/periods. Lifting/Push/Pull Up to 50 pounds of equipment, baggage, supplies, and other items used in the scope of the job using OSHA guidelines, etc. Bending/Squatting Have to be able to safely bend or squat to perform the essential functions under the scope of the job. Stairs/Steps/Walking/Climbing Must be able to safely maneuver stairs, climb up/down, and walk to access work areas. Agility/Fine Motor Skills - Must demonstrate agility and fine motor skills to operate and activate equipment, devices, instruments, and tools to complete essential job functions (ie. typing, use of supplies, equipment, etc.) Sight/Visual Requirements Must be able to visually read documentation, papers, orders, signs, etc., and type/write documentation, etc. with accuracy. Audio Hearing and Motor Skills (Language) Requirements Must be able to listen attentively and document information from patients, community members, co-workers, clients, providers, etc., and intake information through audio processing with accuracy. In addition, they must be able to speak comfortably and clearly with language motor skills for customers to understand the individual. Cognitive Ability Must be able to demonstrate good decision-making, reasonableness, cognitive ability, rational processing, and analysis to satisfy essential functions of the job. Salary Range (Min-Max): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 for 2-4 years of experience $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 for 5+ years of experience
