Pharmacist - Retail - Lebanon, IN - Part Time - Days

Department: Retail Pharmacy Schedule: Days, Part Time, 10-hour shifts, 1 - 2x per week. Hospital: Witham Health Services Location: Lebanon, IN Job Summary: Ensures appropriate pharmaceutical care is administered to all patients. Prepares and dispenses medications pursuant to a valid prescription. Consults with patients and advises medical staff about prescription medications and general healthcare issues. Maintains and coordinates systems to ensure that pharmacy operations run efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Supervises technical and clerical pharmacy personnel involved in pharmacy operations. Assists in the implementation of quality control measures in order to identify and rectify problems. Performs duties of technical or clerical personnel as required. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of a College or School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Maintains licensure in good standing as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Indiana. Previous outpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
