Job Description

Assembler Level 2 As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the quality and timely completion of assemblies, contributing to the overall success of our aerospace products. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble components and subassemblies Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Qualifications The hourly pay range for this position is $23.99 - $30.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience English fluency - speaking, reading, writing Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope Experience using precision hand tools and assembly while working under a microscope Ability and comfort working in a cleanroom Technical Degree (Not required) or technical background Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity Experience using precision hand tools Electrostatic discharge device experience Computer literacy Ability to analyze information and concepts Ability to collaborate with others and work independently Ability to identify key details Ability to troubleshoot Creative thinking and idea generation Ability to communicate information clearly
