Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join Amteck in Lawrenceburg, KY. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various electrical construction equipment at job sites. This is a full-time position with tons of room for advancement. A willingness to travel is desired but not mandatory, previous electrical experience is preferred but not required.Responsibilities: Operate and maintain electrical construction equipment, including but not limited to excavators, backhoes, trenchers, and augers. Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and safe operations on the job site. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Always adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among the team. Assist with general labor duties as needed, including material handling and site cleanup. Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members to report progress, issues, and concerns. Requirements: Knowledge of electrical construction practices and procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
