CDL Operator (Class A or B)

CDL Operator (Class A or B) Custom Concrete is looking for a hard-working, safety-focused CDL Operator (Class A or B) to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized equipmentsuch as a Stone Slinger, Crane, or Telebeltto support concrete foundation construction. This is a hands-on position that combines driving and equipment operation, with local routes only so you're home every night. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Stone Slinger, Crane, or Telebelt to deliver and place materials on job sites. Pick up and deliver materials on schedule while following all traffic laws and safety procedures. Use remote controls to accurately place gravel and other materials for foundation work. Assist with material placement using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and come-alongs. Maintain accurate truck logs and delivery records in compliance with DOT requirements. Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about job progress and site needs. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Enter and exit excavations (610 feet deep) and work in muddy or wet conditions as needed. Use smartphones or tablets for job tracking, communication, and documentation. Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL license. Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. Experience operating a Stone Slinger, Crane, or Telebelt preferred (training available for the right candidate). Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
