You'll be responsible for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards and Florida's Nurse Practice Act. You'll also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective, compassionate care that meets each patient's unique needs. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) Experience: 1 years of recent experience in a medical/surgical role. Certifications: Current Florida RN License BLS Certification (AHA), valid for at least 90 days post-hire Additional certifications may be required by unit Current Florida RN License BLS Certification (AHA), valid for at least 90 days post-hire .
