Overnight Registered Nurse (RN)Canton, TX Employment Type, Schedule, Pay Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Hourly Pay Range: $35 - $50 per hour (based on experience) Overview We are seeking an experienced Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent night shift position in Canton, Texas. This is a strong secondary market that performs well for nurses seeking higher night-shift pay, autonomy, and consistent scheduling in post-acute care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care during overnight shifts. Perform resident assessments and clinical decision-making. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Respond to overnight clinical issues and emergencies. Coordinate with on-call providers and leadership as needed. Supervise LVNs and CNAs as applicable. Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. QualificationsRequired Active, unencumbered Texas RN license. Ability to work consistent overnight shifts. Strong assessment and leadership skills. Preferred Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab experience. Prior night shift or charge nurse experience.
