We're looking for a Powder Packaging Operator who's ready to take ownership of our powder line operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you'll operate and maintain critical powder packaging equipment, perform daily cleaning and sanitation, and help keep production moving on schedule. You'll be hands-on with every step - monitoring weights, verifying codes, documenting results, and handling preventative maintenance to keep systems efficient and reliable. What You'll Bring: You understand the ins and outs of powder packaging flows and have the ability to troubleshoot when needed. You're adaptable, organized, and confident working in a constantly changing production environment. Safety, quality, and precision are second nature to you - and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Forklift and equipment certifications (or the ability to obtain them) are important, and general computer knowledge is a plus for running tests and documenting your work accurately. Summary of Pay: Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $27.84 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.
