Receptionist The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and vendors at our Carmel, Indiana office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional services environment. Summary of Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Support the accounting team with occasional clerical duties Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred 3+ years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion We will not sponsor an employment related visa for this position.
