About this PositionECHO Coordinator, Project ECHO The Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) program connects interdisciplinary specialist teams at OSU and partner organizations with healthcare and education professionals in rural and underserved communities via Zoom. This collaboration creates virtual learning communities that combine mentoring, didactics, and case-based learning to increase workforce capacity and reduce health and education disparities. Position Summary The ECHO Coordinator supports Project ECHO by coordinating program operations while leading outreach and social media efforts that expand participation and awareness of ECHO programs. ECHO Coordinators support the planning, delivery, and follow-up of ECHO sessions, including participant communications, Zoom support, coordination with hub teams and subject matter experts, scheduling presentations, and disseminating program materials. The ECHO Coordinator works closely with ECHO teams to ensure required documentation is completed in accordance with CME standards. The ECHO Coordinator supports grant deliverables through data tracking, reporting, and assisting with the launch of new ECHO programs. This position also serves as an administrative liaison for the Director and Assistant Director of Project ECHO. This role involves significant outreach and digital engagement. Duties include creating, writing, scheduling, and managing social media content; monitoring outreach and social media performance, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The ECHO Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to design digital outreach materials, supports recruitment and engagement campaigns, and gathers photos, videos, testimonials, and stories from programs and partners to support outreach, impact reporting, and grant deliverables. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least one (1) year of experience working in an office or administrative setting Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of distance learning or virtual meeting technology Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Adobe, Canva, and Mailchimp Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Data entry and basic data management experience Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures Ability to follow administrative and procedural direction while working independently Preferred QualificationsTwo (2) to three (3) years of related experience with increasing responsibility in administrative support, program coordination, or project management Experience with program outreach and/or social media platforms Advertised: 05 Feb 2026 Central Standard Time Applications close: Whatsapp Facebook LinkedIn Email App
