Marketing Intern Mosquito Hunters helps homeowners enjoy their yards by providing mosquito, flea and tick control treatments. We are not in the mosquito business, we are in the loyalty business. Our focus is solely on forming positive relationships and providing support. By doing this, we know that profitability and customer loyalty will be inherent. Job Summary Our Marketing Interns will help plan and execute various marketing tactics to attract customers around the area. This internship will be dynamic and require you to wear different hats related to marketing and sales. We encourage creativity, flexibility and creating a positive workspace, and reward hard work. We are excited to find the right person who can help us grow while we can also provide you with important skills and experience to apply in your future career. Responsibilities Social Media Personalize social media pages Research and generate content for posts Develop and maintain posting schedule Community Events Research local home and garden shows and other community events Attend events and represent the company Hand out marketing materials Guerrilla Marketing Placing lawn signs and door hangers Parketing (parking + marketing = parking in high visibility spots) Wear Gunther mascot costume and wave at passersby Qualifications Mosquito Hunters is looking for enthusiastic, dependable self-starters with an interest in marketing. No previous marketing experience is required, but a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, experience with social media systems and a desire to learn are musts.
