We are seeking a Lead BHT to join our committed team of behavioral healthcare professionals, guiding clients on their recovery journey. This role is a vital part of our mission to help clients reclaim their freedom. Address: 420 Supreme Court East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 Pay: $15/hr. Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Responsibilities: Assist with the intake process for new clients entering the program Communicate with staff through verbal or written logs, maintaining detailed client records Listen to clients and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention Coordinate activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete shift reporting Participate in shift change, team meetings, and company meetings Ensure daily client schedules are followed Assist with client interventions and follow treatment plan objectives Monitor medication distribution Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities Conduct searches of clients returning to the facility Monitor client hygiene and medical needs Uphold therapeutic boundaries and staff code of ethics Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients, providing input Distribute client snacks as needed Train new staff on unit procedures, program, and milieu Assist with facility upkeep Help clients obtain a sponsor Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Experience in Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health fields Experience facilitating process groups and family sessions Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
