The physician provides ENT clinicaland surgical care for the patients seen at Mon Health's clinic sites. To follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Internal Medicine and Otolaryngology service lines. Collaborates and coordinated the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care. Position Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
