Clinic days are 4 days per provider. 24-Hour In-house: No Call Back Percentage: Weekday - 80%; Weekend - 80%; OB - 80%; GYN - 20% Provider will work 4 days in clinic and 8 days of call per month. CNMs generally cover weekends as 1st call.
