Work with the flex conveyor and scanner when necessary. Follow a flexible schedule, including regularly scheduled changes to shift and work assignments with similar but department-specific responsibilities and objectives. Maintain a clean and safe working environment; ensure all equipment is in working order. Special projects and other duties as assigned. What's required: Time management skills in order to meet dynamic goals and deadlines Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to read and understand policies/procedures and work with other employees to adhere to them Operate standard business equipment, including PC, phone, calculator, etc. Operate handheld scanner and associated equipment Operate specialized computer hardware and software including (but not limited to) Warehouse Management System, Item Database, Yard Management System, etc. Stay on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep a steady pace Follow safety rules and keep the floor clear Show up, clock in, and put in a solid day's work No hoops.
