OPEN UNTIL FILLED Estimated Start Date: Immediate Location: Maintenance and Facilities - West Pasco, 11835 Treebreeze Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34654 Specialty: Plumbing School Related Personnel (SRP) 245 Days Per Year Full Time, Benefit Eligible JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on Plumbing under general supervision. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Previous experience and good working knowledge in all phases of the plumbing trade including Troubleshooting, Installation and Repairs of Water & Sewer lines of commercial buildings. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution Two years' experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS Valid and current Florida driver's license Must maintain a driving record that meets the standards of the District Safe Driver II Plan.
