Install Coordinator

Install Coordinator At Goettl, we do things the right way not the easy way. We're looking for a highly organized, experienced Install Coordinator who knows what it takes to keep installation operations running smoothly, profitably, and on schedule. This is not an entry-level admin role we are prioritizing candidates with proven install coordination experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction. The Install Coordinator is the operational hub of our installation department, ensuring equipment is staged accurately, permits and inspections are handled properly, subcontractors are aligned, and jobs are closed out correctly in ServiceTitan. You will serve as the primary communication link between field crews, suppliers, internal teams, and customers owning the details from scheduling through final payment and warranty follow-up What You'll Own: Accurate staging and ordering of installation equipment and materials Installation scheduling and subcontractor coordination Permit support and inspection coordination Job costing accuracy and PO management ServiceTitan documentation and job closeout Customer communication, including post-install "Happy Calls" Rebate processing and warranty team oversight Payment collection on completed install jobs What We're Looking For: 2+ years of install coordination or dispatch experience (HVAC/plumbing strongly preferred) Strong understanding of permitting, inspections, and compliance Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong communication skills If you are a proactive, experienced install coordinator who thrives on organization, accountability, and driving jobs across the finish line the right way we want to talk to you.
