Business Analyst - Data Engineer - Location: Cincinnati Day 1 onsite Must Have Business Process Mapping Excellent written and verbal communication skills Power BI SQL Key Responsibilities: Support a dynamic application where the UI and functionality are driven by data configured in a UDB DB2 database. Must be proficient in SQL and relational databases to configure and troubleshoot framework tables. Build/support PowerBI Reports & Dashboards Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including writing professional emails and leading meetings. Provide support and troubleshooting for data platforms, including escalated on-call support for complex or critical incidents. Contribute to internal projects such as legacy system replacement, monitoring and analytics enhancements, tool development, and documentation. Mentor and guide team members. Manage and prioritize multiple assignments effectively. Required Skills & Experience: SQL: 3+ years of experience Power BI: 2+ years of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in data-related issues and solution design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead meetings and collaborate across teams Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Familiarity with DataStage Experience with Business Objects Knowledge of PowerApps/PowerAutomate
