Responsibilities include ensuring the visiting team waiver is signed, communicating with athletic facilities department for any facility/equipment concerns, being a point of contact for referees and other game day staff (VEMS, EMTs, etc.), monitoring spectators, and completing a short event report/summary form to submit to the club sport director after each event.
