Job Description As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at Covenant HealthCare's Level III NICU, you will: Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures. Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice. Work in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care team and respected clinical leadership roles. Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology. Take advantage of mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates.
