About the job Echocardiograph Technologist Position Overview Were hiring an Echocardiograph Technologist to join a specialized cardiovascular imaging team focused on delivering high-quality diagnostic studies. In this role, you'll perform a variety of echocardiographic procedures and contribute to the care of both adult and complex cardiac patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled cardiac sonographer to work alongside leading heart failure teams and support advanced interventions like trans-catheter procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree Oregon Sonographer license upon hire One of the following national certifications upon hire: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications Associates degree in Applied Science from a CAAHEP-accredited program in Noninvasive Cardiovascular Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonography One year of cardiovascular ultrasound experience or a minimum of 800 completed echocardiography exams Experience in pediatric echocardiography Familiarity with advanced heart failure imaging (mechanical support devices) Experience supporting echo-guided trans-catheter procedures Work Schedule Full-time Why Join Us at Tap Healthcare At Tap Healthcare, we understand the expertise behind every scan and we partner with organizations that recognize and value the vital role of diagnostic professionals.
