Practice Setting Inpatient hospital environment 1 2 Cardiac ORs 1 EP Lab 1 Structural Interventional Lab EMR: Epic No CRNA supervision required Additional anesthesiologist on-site Cardiac Case Mix (2 5 cases/week guaranteed cardiac volume) CABG Mitral valve (MV) Aortic valve (AV) TAVR LAAC Maze procedures Atrial fibrillation ablations No cardiac or liver transplants. No general cases if cardiac volume is light.
