Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with significant experience in Emergency Medicine to work primarily at our Dignity Health- Arizona General Hospital Laveen location. Must be a PA-C or FNP Paid Malpractice 1-2 Year of APP ED experience required 10+ Shifts per month FACILITY INFORMATION Arizona General Hospital Laveen is a micro-hospital with 16 inpatient beds, 10 emergency room beds, two operating/procedure rooms, a full onsite laboratory and radiology suite complete with CT, X-ray and Ultrasound capabilities. Specialties: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urogynecology (no OB), and Cardiology. There is a small OR suite for basic cases of specialists above. The inpatient hospitalist unit (medical surgical telemetry) has 16 beds for mostly low acuity patients. There is no ICU, no trauma, and no cath lab. Average volume: 117 patients per day Approximate Shift Times: 5:30a-5:30p, 10a-10p, 2p-2a, and 5:30p-5:30a.
