Payroll Coordinator AccountStaff is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator for an established Pittsburgh professional services company. Candidate will be familiar with all aspects of payroll. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide data entry support that is required to update and maintain the integrity of the information in both the payroll and timekeeping systems. Reconcile payroll reports. Make payments timely and accurately. Enter deduction arrears for any amounts due from employees. Responsible for payroll taxes and fringe reporting. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Education and Experience: Friendly demeanor, professional and businesslike dress and attitude. Excellent written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of diverse individuals.
