About the Role: Support Staff Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that provides exposure to multiple areas of dispensary operations, making it a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the ins and outs of cannabis retail. What You'll Do On any given day, you may: Greet customers and create a positive first impression Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations Process transactions accurately using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment Support your teammates through clear communication and teamwork What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated team players who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
