Urology Physician

We are seeking 1 Urologist for ongoing locum coverage in a high-volume clinic and call setting due to an open position with ongoing recruitment challenges. Position Details Setting: Clinic + Call Schedule: Clinic: 8:00a 4:00p Night Call: 5:00p 8:00a 24-Hour Call: 7:00a 7:00a Call rotation: 1:6 Minimum Commitment: 3 months Coverage Pattern: 5 6 days of call plus clinic per month Future Availability: Beginning July, all weeks open Call schedules released approximately 1 month in advance Dates of Coverage March: 2 6, 9 13 April: 1 3, 6 10 May: 4 8 June: 1 5, 8 12 Clinical Responsibilities General urology care in clinic and on call Inpatient rounding required (hospitalist team admits) Average clinic volume: patients/day Surgical volume: cases/month Average callback: Weekdays 0.5 hr Weekends 2 hrs Required Procedures Bread-and-butter urology including: Cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, TURP Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL Botox injections, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans Robotic system available (robotic procedures not required) Support & Technology EMR: Epic Support staff includes RNs, MA, surgery scheduler, and front office team Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified BLS & DEA required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Incomplete provider submissions will not be accepted by Jobble
