Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Portland, OR Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year Summary This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-standard care through supervised treatment, patient education, and thorough documentation. You’ll work in partnership with the Physical Therapist to ensure each patient session is productive, safe, and aligned to plan-of-care goals. Responsibilities Treat patients under a Physical Therapist’s supervision and direction Demonstrate and progress exercises based on the established plan of care Provide gait training, balance work, and functional movement activities Monitor tolerance, pain levels, and performance during sessions Support patient follow-through with home program instruction Document treatment, progress, and response to care in the EMR Assist with maintaining equipment and clinic readiness Requirements PTA degree from an accredited program Oregon PTA license in good standing CPR/BLS certification Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems Strong patient communication and professionalism Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re looking for a solid weekday role with competitive pay, reach out with your resume and availability.
