Deloitte Tax Project Manager Are you energized by guiding strategic initiatives and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions? Join Deloitte's US Tax Transformation Technology Team to help transform global tax business through digital innovation. As we shift from "doing digital" to "being digital," your expertise will ensure complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum business value. Work You'll Do As a Deloitte Tax Project Manager in the Tax Transformation Technology Team, you will drive the planning, delivery, governance, and reporting of key technology projects supporting Deloitte's tax strategy. You will coordinate with PMO and business stakeholders, ensuring consistent practices, transparent communications, and successful execution. Core Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Delivery Management PMO Coordination & Governance Change Management & Project Adoption The Team Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office (TTO) drives innovation across enterprise technology, tools, and processes to deliver high-value tax services. The team features backgrounds in tax, technology, change management, and project management, promoting diverse perspectives in process, tool development, and client engagement. Qualifications and Skills Required: Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week. Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years' project management experience, ideally with large-scale IT initiatives. Demonstrated proficiency in PMO methodology, meeting facilitation, and conflict resolution. Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms and cybersecurity. Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited sponsorship may be available. One of the following active accreditations obtained: Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA If not CPA eligible: Licensed Attorney Enrolled Agent Technology Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Certified SAFe Scrum Master ITIL Certification Microsoft Azure Program Management Professional (PgMP) Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred: Experience within the tax, finance, or professional services sectors. Proven track record of supporting or leading technology or transformation projects. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and best practices. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting tax technology (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Effective communicator and facilitator with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Exposure to emerging technologies such as cloud, data analytics, or cybersecurity. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $111,090 to $235,170. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
